	Two methods are used to obtain soybean oil from the soybean itself; chemical and mechanical extraction. When using chemical methods, solvents and other refinements can be used. Mechanical method involves crushing the oil from the bean leaving naturally occurring lecithin, vitamin E, mixed tocopherols, and other antioxidants. Similar viscosity and feel to Sunflower oil.
