Getting Started

Like any project, the final product is reflected in the thought and preparation beforehand. Read about "Design Fundamentals" under Labeling Yourself. - Find an artist that can reflect what you want to portray.
- Work on a fabulous logo
- Make sure it is legible and stands out
- When paying for labels ...specifically the number of colours and plates required, try to go with less where possible.

Private Label Digital Printing

  • 4 colour process printing with U.V. Varnish - Crack & Peel Labels.
    Up to 3 varieties for each quantity - Add 5% of total quantity price for each additional variety.
  • Maximum size - 2”x3.5” Add 15% for labels up to 3.25”x3.5”.

Printing: 4 colour process printing with Photographic quality at 177 line screen.

Proofing: There is a $10.00 charge for printed proofing + shipping cost- proof will be finished label cut to size with no U.V. varnish. There is no charge for proofing completed by e-mail with PDF proofs.

Stock: Semi Gloss white label stock with freezer grade permanent adhesive - special stocks available upon request.

Inks: 4 colour process inks- thousands of colours - see process colour chart. High efficiency electrostatic inks.

Finishing: Crack & Peel labels cut to size and packed individually by variety shrink wrapped and bulk packed.

Quantity: Pick the total number of labels you need for each variety of your product and only order the combined total of what you need.

Delivery: All products will be shipped within 7 to 10 days of receiving approved Artwork from customer. Shipping is an additional charge based on weight, location and type of delivery - air or ground.
