Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm local time, excluding holidays. If you are not present to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued.
In the USA, FedEx will require a signature for delivery. If you wish FedEx to leave it at your order at the door, you'll need to provide notification for the driver to leave the package without a signature.
A contact person must be available to accept and sign for the shipment between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
Fedex in Canada will be up to the drivers discretion whether to leave it, or post a note.
Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that this is not a delivery guarantee as further delays, such as traffic or weather that are out of our control may still occur.
In the event of a Federal, State or Provincial holiday, shipping may be delayed.
If items are backordered, you will be contacted with an estimated time that your item(s) will be back in stock.
Aquatech Skin Care ships using FedEx International Economy (Express) shipping rates.
Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size or availability and may arrive at different times.
Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with zip code or Postal Codes. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
FedEx International Economy is our main shipping method.

Shipping rates are determined by weight, dimention and destination. To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, add the item to the shopping cart and enter your delivery address and zip code. If you wish to change the quantity, please click on the Update button(s) prior to entering your address information.
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by FedEx to the email address on your order.
Orders can be tracked via FedEx's website, www.fedex.com. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.
We do our utmost to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. On occasion the contents have been abused without signs of distress on the box (dropping, crushing). Open the box in front of the courier before signing. If the product looks like it has leaked or damages have resulted from shipping, do not accept it! Return the item in its original box so we can assess the problem and put an insurance claim through. We will give you a replacement or your money back promptly. Call, fax or e-mail us of these events immediately!
