Natural Body Butter

Natural Body Butter is a rich, highly emollient moisturizer made with over 98% natural ingredients and more than 50% nourishing oils to deeply hydrate and protect dry skin. This thick, long-lasting formula—similar to a traditional waterless cream—helps restore moisture to rough areas such as feet, elbows, knees, and heels. Enriched with natural oils, Aloe Vera, and Chamomile extract, it helps soothe irritated skin while leaving it soft and conditioned. Ideal for body butters, stretch mark creams, hand creams, and restorative skincare products, this versatile base easily accepts fragrance or essential oils for customized formulations.

How to Use

Gently massage the cream onto your skin, focusing on dry or rough areas. The rich, creamy texture melts upon contact with your skin, providing deep hydration and nourishment. Butter creams are often highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

Mixture Instructions

Body Care Mixing Instructions

Many people have their own methods for bottling products—using funnels, heating slightly, or pumps. After much trial and error, we’ve found a simpler alternative: no funnels, bowls, mixers, boiling water needed.

You Will Need:

  • Plastic container
  • Scale (optional)
  • Plastic zip-lock or freezer bags
  • Spoon
  • Fragrance and colour (optional)

Steps:

1. Choose the Right Bag

Select a zip-lock or freezer bag about twice the size of the amount you intend to mix. Always use new bags to prevent hygiene issues and cross-contamination.

2. Prepare the Bag

Place the bag inside a plastic container for stability. If using a freezer bag, roll the edges over the rim of the container. Avoid touching the inside of the bag where it will contact the product.

3. Measure and Add Base

  • If using a scale, place the container and bag on it and “zero” the weight. Add the pre-measured amount of base to the bag (no more than halfway full).
  • If adding fragrance:
    • With a scale: add 0.75%–1% fragrance.
    • Without a scale: 1 teaspoon (5 ml / 1/6 oz) will scent approximately 20 oz of lotion or cream.

4. Add Colour (optional)

5. Seal and Mix

Zip or twist-tie the bag securely. Remove it from the container and massage the bag with your fingers to blend the fragrance and colour. The bag’s transparency makes it easy to see when mixing is complete.

6. Fill Bottles

Once fully blended, cut a small corner off the bag using sanitized scissors and pour into bottles. Use the entire contents in one go to reduce contamination risks. If you must set the bag down, keep the cut tip away from surfaces.
