When you are having trouble with our payment method: 

If you are unable to check out and getting a 403 error, that usually means that the PayPal token has expired. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps:

1. Refresh the page

2. Close all current tabs and windows. Reopen your browser and log in to your Aquatech account. Once you put everything in the cart, go to the checkout page and try to check out.

If issue still persists,

3. Use incognito mode. Open Aquatech Skin Care's webpage, login to your account and then check out your cart.

How to open incognito mode, see the following steps.

For Google Chrome users:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More   New Incognito Window.
  3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon .

For Mozilla Firefox users:

  1. Click the menu button at the top right  and then click New Private Window.
  2. The Private Browsing home page will open in a new window.

For Safari users on Mac:

In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose File > New Private Window, or switch to a private browsing window that’s already open.

For Edge users:

  1. Open the Edge browser and select the More Actions menu (three dots).
  2. Select New InPrivate Window
  3. On a Windows computer, use the Ctrl+Shift+keyboard shortcut to enter an InPrivate Browsing window quickly.
